Slice of Life is a recent Supreme Court Decision that specifically addresses two things with relation to Short Term Rentals.

  2. STR’s are permitted where they are regulated.

The Slice of Life case was able to distinguish the difference between transient STR uses and permanency which is a household use. This allows townships to draft smart regulation to permit and designate areas where they can exist if they are registered and compliant.

Who is Val Kleyman?
